Care planning is fundamental and is about achieving the best possible service for Residents
This care plan sets out to meet 'National Minimum Standards for Care Homes for Older People', which forms the basis for the new Care Quality Commission.
All personal records must be secure, maintained, up to date, accurate, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other statutory requirements.
Residents have access to their own records and information about them. We put Residents at the 'centre' in matters to do with their own care and where possible encourage them to help maintain their personal record themselves
The routines of daily living and activities made available are flexible and varied to suit Residents expectations and preferences
Resident's interests are recorded and they should have the opportunity for stimulation through leisure and recreational activities in and outside the home, applicable to their needs. Our care plans are used to ensure that all aspects of the health, personal and social care needs of the resident are met
